I love this chair. It gives me the ability to get a massage whenever I want one. I tried many chairs and nothing compared to this one. Even the more expensive ones.  The new one has 4 "hands" that you can control.  They perform a variety of different massage techniques. You can control massage position, speed, etc. The older ones are less expensive, and I feel they do a good job, but this newer one seemed a huge step up to me. The older has only two "hands". From my point of view it's just a great neck massager.  I get a lot of use out of this and have had one for many years. See my discussion of this here.
